Fun, Fun, fun

Today was a very fun day. I left for SL early for business. When it was finished I went to see mom at Marchels and then after getting a little perk... new do, I got to go see LaKenzie do her very famous gymnastics. She looked so cute in her little outfit, bobbing around. She is so graceful, tall and beautiful. It is fun to see the grandkids try new things.

Miracles

I am so amazed at the miracles that have just happened in our life. To get to witness the beautiful birth of these 3 amazing young spirits was such a privilege. To think that they were just with God a little bit ago and that they remember things we have long forgotten.

Everyday seems to bring growth and problems, but as with everyone these problems are part of life. My biggest challenge with problems is to treat them like the gifts they are. "Nothing is done to me, it's all done for me" Bryon Katie Sometimes they really don't seem like gifts at all!

I have talked to many people with premie babies and they have all said that it was a roller coaster, they went from doing fabulous to scary day by day. That is when we really need to trust God and turn the whole thing over to Him, (since there really is no other way anyway)

I was thinking what a miracle it was that Summer went to the dr. when she did. It gave them 1 whole week to be on the steriods and develop their lungs... what if she wouldn't have gone that day and the labor progressed to where it couldn't be stopped.

Another miracle is all the love, support and kindnesses that have been shown to them from family and friends. How blessed we are to have each other.

The Keatster

This weekend Keat has come out for his King for a Day! He was skunking me at dominoes and I said to him... "come on Keat, be nice. I made brownies for you" He answered " Yeah, then you let the old people eat them" ( Brys mom & dad had dropped in) When I told his mom about it while laughing my head off, she said that she had dragged the book How to stop worrying and start living around to Mexico and back without reading one page of it. Keat asked her if she had finished it, and she said no, and then he said" You better hurry, you're going to have to read it about 5 times".
